My makeup journey started many years ago when I was 5 years old. I remember sneaking into my grandma's bedroom and being fascinated by her lipstick. I loved everything about it the color, smell, and the way it felt. From that moment on my love for makeup wouldn't stop and I turned it into my career and passion.
21 years ago I began this journey that has allowed me to experience so many things. I have worked for the biggest cosmetic companies as in MAC, Bobbi Brown, Trish McEvoy, Too Faced and Estee Lauder. After years of cosmetic experience I embarked on my passion for T.V. I was the senior makeup artist and hairstylist for CNN in Los Angeles. I had the privilege of working with numerous celebrities, politicians, and athletes. I also worked at the biggest awards shows as in The Oscars, SAG Awards, Golden Globes, and Grammy Awards. I am currently a Makeup Artist and Hairstylist for CNN in Washington DC. I also freelance as a wedding makeup artist and hairstylist in the Washington DC; DMV area.
With my many years of experience I have learned one thing. The power of makeup and the magic it has. It's such a powerful thing to change someone's attitude or feeling about themselves. It makes my job worth it to be able to make someone feel great . I always strive to bring the natural beauty out in a person and create the magic for them.
